Alliant Credit Union

Offline Banking Portal: Alliant’s online banking portal goes offline every night, meaning your balance may not update in the morning.

If you notice this, try checking again later in the day.


Ally Bank

One-Time Passcode: If you're not receiving your passcode, you need to opt-in directly through Ally. Do this in the mobile app or online by going to Alerts > Security.

Password Issues: Ally no longer accepts the special character “&” in passwords. Remove it if it’s part of your current password.


American Express Credit Card & Personal Savings

Connection Issues: We’re currently experiencing widespread connection issues with American Express as they transition to a new integration.

Joint Accounts: If you have a joint account, connect using the primary cardholder’s details.


Amazon Credit Card

Connection Problems: Amazon cards are facing long-term connection issues. We're actively working with our providers to resolve this.


Bank of America

Username & Password Length: Your username and password must be between 8 and 20 characters.

Ensure your credentials meet this requirement to avoid connection issues.


Bank of Montreal

Plaid Issues: Due to updates from BMO, there are frequent disconnections. Plaid is working to resolve this but hasn’t provided a timeline for when it’ll be fixed.


Betterment

App Password Required: To connect, you’ll need to set up an App Password.

  1. Log in to your Betterment account.

  2. Go to Settings > Security.

  3. Generate a new app password and use that along with your username to log in.


Charles Schwab US

TD Ameritrade Accounts: If your accounts are under TD Ameritrade, re-add your Schwab connection after linking them to your Schwab login.

Third-Party Access: Ensure you’ve enabled Third-Party Access in your Schwab account:

  • Log in to Schwab, go to Security Settings, and select Enable Third-Party Access.


Citibank

Reauthorization Issues: Update to the latest Citi mobile app for reauthorization. If you’re using biometrics, try logging in with your username and password instead.

Single Active Account: Citibank only allows one active connection per third-party app for each Schwab login.


E*Trade

Security ID Issues: E*Trade doesn’t support Security ID authentication via Plaid. Try connecting via Finicity, though connectivity may still be inconsistent.


Fidelity

Blocking Updates: Fidelity blocks new connections and updates from 9am-5pm EST.

MFA: If Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is enabled, connections will be blocked.


Global Credit Union

Merger: If you’re still connected to Alaska USA, unlink and reconnect to Global Credit Union after the merger.


KeyBank

Third-Party Access: Enable Third-Party Access in your KeyBank account by going to User Profile > Password and Security.


Navy Federal Credit Union

Access Issues: Plaid is facing intermittent access issues with NFCU. If you can’t connect, check for and clear any notifications in your NFCU profile.

New Password Requirements: Ensure your password contains at least 8 characters and doesn’t include special characters like “&*()<>”.


PayPal

Blank Secure Activation Code: If this appears, you need to register a security key in your PayPal settings.

Re-authentication: PayPal may require daily re-authentication of your login credentials due to limitations on third-party data connections.


PNC

Mobile Enrollment: Ensure your mobile number is enrolled with PNC. You can find instructions on their website.


SoFi

Connection Issues: SoFi is experiencing widespread connection issues. Our providers are working on a resolution, but we don’t have a timeline yet.


TD Bank

Balance Update Delay: TD Bank updates balances every other day, due to access restrictions.


Tinker Federal Credit Union

Connection Troubles: If you’re having trouble, try:

  1. Logging in to Tinker FCU and checking for messages or alerts.

  2. Try reconnecting in Sequence.

  3. If needed, update your security questions.


Tyndall Federal Credit Union

Account Nickname: Use a clear reference to the account type (checking, savings, etc.). For example, name a checking account “Personal Checking.”


UBS Online Services

Account Aggregation: Go to Profile Settings > Enroll for Account Aggregation and select Fiserv - AllData to begin the online enrollment process.


US Bank

Slow Updates: U.S. Bank is currently limiting access, which can cause slow balance updates.

Money Market Accounts: Plaid does not support US Bank’s Money Market accounts.


USAA

Joint Accounts: If you’re having issues connecting a joint account, try using the primary account holder’s login credentials.


Vancity Credit Union

Personal Access Code Issue: If asked for a “Personal Access Code,” enter your online banking password instead.


Wealthfront

App-Specific Password: Create an app-specific password in Wealthfront to connect your account.


Wells Fargo

Login Issues: If you can’t complete the log-in process:

  • Try using an Incognito/Private window or a different browser.

  • Attempt the connection again.
