Off-Platform
Trade on secondary marketplaces
As a limited edition product, you have the opportunity to sell the NFT component of your Digital Pressings to passionate fans who might have missed out. Whilst Serenade develops our own on-platform marketplace, we suggest that you explore OpenSea - the most popular secondary marketplace.
Store privately
For fans looking to store securely for the long-term, the NFT component of your Digital Pressings can be transferred to a private wallet of your choosing.

How does Serenade handle refunds?
Serenade is the intermediary between artists and fans, meaning that we cannot provide refunds for purchases that are beyond our control.
If I already have a digital wallet (for example MetaMask), can I connect that to Serenade instead of using the platform-specific wallet?
For now, your Serenade digital wallet is the only wallet that you can have directly connected to your Serenade account.
This said, if you would like to store your Digital Pressings in an external wallet, you can use our external transfer feature to do so. Details for how to do so can be found in our article How to trade and transfer my Pressings?
What happens during a transaction?
When you go to make a purchase, a Digital Pressing is held until the payment is either completed or rejected. If rejected, the Digital Pressing rejoins the stock of available Digital Pressings within 60 minutes of the initial transaction intent. This may lead to Digital Pressing collections that are sold out, resuming availability.
