I can't find my purchase or access the content! What do I do?

This article provides solutions to users who can't seem to access their Digital Pressings or the bonus content that comes with them

So you've bought your first Digital Pressing but you can't seem to access it or the bonus content that comes with it. Don't worry - we've got you covered with a solution that 9 out of 10 dentists recommend!

  1. Navigate to your profile by clicking the icon in the top right hand corner of your page

  2. You should see a tile in your 'Collection' that represents the Digital Pressing that you just purchased

  3. If the tile says 'Pending', any of the following 1-2 minute actions should solve the problem;

    1. Pop the kettle on and treat yourself to a cuppa before sitting down to enjoy your Digital Pressing

    2. Call your kids down from your room to show them the start of the wonderful new music collection that they will inherit

    3. Brag about how in-touch you are with the latest innovations in music by sharing your purchase with all and sundry (what better way to prove that you actually were there 'before it was cool'?)

  4. Once completed, refresh your profile, and click your available product to enjoy the music and all the bonus goodies that make it unique!

Delays may be slightly longer if you have bought this Digital Pressing on an external marketplace and transferred it to your Serenade account.

PS. if you're struggling to find the bonus content, just scroll down your edition page (after clicking the relevant tile in your collection) and you will see it all under the section labelled 'Rewards'. This content is downloadable and so we recommend that you access it via a computer if you're having issues!
