Problems with Email Verification

If you've not received your verification email...

  1. Check your spam/junk folder to ensure that it's not in there hiding from you

  2. If it's still nowhere to be seen, message our customer service team through the chat box in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen providing;

    1. The email address that you used to sign up

    2. Your username

I'm stuck in a verification loop

  1. If you've clicked the 'Verify' button but you keep getting taken back to the same page for verification there are a few solutions

    1. Click the profile icon in the top right (or Serenade icon in the top middle)

    2. If it persists, log out and log back in again (this should solve most problems)

    3. If it persists beyond that, close and quit your browser, then log back in (bonus points for using an incognito or private window)

    4. Alternatively, use a different device (ie. go from your phone to a computer) log in again and it should be sorted
