N.B. This is for artists who have released a standalone Digital Pressing, not one of Serenade's smart formats that incorporates the Pressing into a piece of physical merchandise
Unsure about how to set your account up to receive automatic payments for you hard-earned sales?
The following guide (also detailed in this walkthrough video) has everything you need to ensure that you're set up for payments.
Before You Start
Ensure you have your identification documents with you as you may be asked to prove your identity
Setting Up Your Account
Log in to your Serenade Artist account and navigate to the account Settings
Go to the Payment section and select the country you operate from. This cannot be changed after
You will now be redirected to Stripe to create you Stripe - Connect account. This is where identification documents will be required
Follow each step of the form and correctly fill it out with your personal information
You will now be redirected back to your Serenade accounts Settings page with your Connect account status set to one of the following statuses
Submitted - Your form is in the process of being approved by Stripe
Action Needed - Stripe requires more information to further verify your identity
Approved - Stripe has accepted your application and you are now ready to receive your due payments!
