If you are receiving the message that your Digital Pressing has already been claimed, we advise to take the following steps:

  1. Double check your account to see it has not already under your profile

  2. Try claiming with another device to see if this changes the outcome

  3. Contact Serenade support at the green help bubble in the bottom right corner of any page on the Serenade website
