Managing your schedule should be simple. Serenity Vet helps you keep everything in one place, making it simple to organize your time, plan ahead, and stay in control of your work life.
By setting your availability, you not only manage your own schedule, but also allow your in-network clinics to see when you’re free and send you direct, personal shift requests. This gives you priority access to shifts before they’re posted publicly.
To get the most opportunities, we recommend setting your availability at least three months in advance. This helps clinics plan ahead and increases your chances of receiving direct invitations.

How do I set up my availability?
Setting up your availability is easy! To set up your availability, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Schedule page.
Click on a calendar day you would like your availability to start.
In the "Create availability" pop-up, click on the work days you want to be available.
Choose the recurrence pattern:
The "Once" option allows you to create a one-time availability;
The "Every Week" option allows you to save the same work day(s) you are available for multiple weeks.
Click the "Create" button.
Now, your availability schedule is set!
You can also click the + Add Availability button at the top-right corner of the Schedule page to add your availability.
How do I delete my availability?
To delete your availability, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Schedule page.
Click on a calendar day you would like to start deleting availability from.
In the "Delete availability" pop-up, choose the appropriate option:
Choose a single-day option, which shows the calendar date you clicked to delete availability for one day;
Choose the every week option to delete your availability across all calendar weeks.
Click the "Delete" button.
Your availability has been deleted!
