How do I manage my shift applications?

Where do I find my shift applications?

Navigate to the Schedule page to find and view all your shift applications. The shifts you applied for are displayed across corresponding calendar days. 

How do I view my shift application?

You can view your shift application by clicking on it from the Schedule page calendar. The shift application sidebar provides more details about the shift you applied for, such as clinic information, date and time, total pay, and shift application status.

How do I understand what is the status of my shift application?

There are four shift application statuses that you can differentiate by corresponding shift colors and tags:

  • Green: The shift application is approved by the clinic.

  • Yellow: The shift application is pending approval from the clinic.

  • Red: The shift application was denied by the clinic. After a shift application is declined, your schedule is unblocked, allowing you to apply for another shift on the same day without any conflicts.

  • Red: This also could mean the shift was deleted by the clinic, and therefore, the shift you applied for is no longer relevant. Once your shift application is deleted, your schedule is open, allowing you to apply for a different shift on the same day without any conflicts.

How do I delete a shift application not approved by the clinic?

To delete the shift application that is in Applied, Declined, and Shift Deleted statuses, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the Schedule page.

  • Find the corresponding calendar day.

  • Click on the shift you want to delete.

  • Click the "Delete Application" button in the shift sidebar.

  • Confirm the deletion from the "Delete Shift Application" pop-up.

The shift application will be instantly removed from your calendar!

How do I delete a shift application approved by the clinic?

We highly discourage you from requesting to delete an accepted shift without advanced notice unless absolutely necessary due to the negative impact on partner clinics. If necessary, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the Schedule page.

  • Find the corresponding calendar day.

  • Click on the shift you want to delete.

  • Click the "Delete Application" button in the shift sidebar.

  • Click the "Contact Support" button from the "Delete Shift Application" pop-up.

  • You will see the automatically generated request on the customer support messenger.

  • Click to send that message.

The support team will receive your request and organize the deletion of the shift application with the Approved status as soon as possible.
