How does production-based pay work for clinics?

Updated today

You can now offer a percentage-based production bonus when posting shifts, making it easier to attract high-producing veterinarians. If a relief vet generates revenue above the base rate, you can reward them with a production bonus. If not, they still receive their guaranteed base rate. The system automatically calculates final payments, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
