How can I see if production-based pay is offered for a shift?

If a shift offers production-based pay, you will notice a badge indicating the percentage. To check for production-based pay on a shift, follow these steps:

  • Go to the Shift Booking page.

  • Look for shift cards that feature the production-based pay badge, which shows the percentage rate set by the clinic.

  • To book the shift, click on the shift card.

  • At the bottom of the Shift Booking sidebar, you will find the Production-Based

Pay percentage next to the Shift Pay.

    • The Shift Pay represents the basic guaranteed rate you will receive upon completing the shift.

    • The Production-Based Pay percentage signifies a potential pay linked to the revenue generated during the shift.

    • When you're ready, click the "Apply" button.

Your shift application request will now be sent to the clinic. If accepted, your shift will be approved, and you’ll get a notification. After the shift is completed, the clinic will finalize your payment, providing either the basic shift pay or the production-based commission based on the revenue you produce, whichever amount is higher.

How do I check if the production-based pay was applied to my shift pay?

After the clinic finalizes your shift payment, you will receive an email notification titled Your Shift is Finalized! This email will direct you to the shift sidebar where you can find the payment details.

To check if the production-based pay is applied to the completed shift from the platform, follow these steps:

  • Go to the Schedule page.

  • Click on the completed shift from the calendar.

  • You will see the corresponding badge on the shift sidebar if production-based pay is applied.

  • The Total Pay shows your final calculated pay for the completed shift.
