Let’s walk you through how to set them up in just a few clicks.
How do I update my email notifications?
To manage the types of email notifications your clinic receives:
Log in to your Serenity Vet clinic account.
Once logged in, you'll land on your Dashboard.
On the left-hand sidebar, scroll to the very bottom.
Hover over the small gear icon (⚙️). When you do, a label will appear—“Settings”.
Click on the Settings icon.
On the Settings page, you’ll land on the "Personal Info" section.
In the list under the “Settings” title, click the last item: “Notifications”.
You’ll now see all available email notification types — each with a toggle:
🟣 On: The toggle is purple (enabled).
⚪ Off: The toggle is gray (disabled).
Want to manage everything at once?
Use the “Activate All” toggle in the top-right corner to turn all notifications on or off with a single click.
When you're done, click the purple “Save” button in the bottom-right corner.
That’s it — your preferences are updated! 🎉
What happens next?
Serenity Vet will now only send you the notifications you’ve chosen. No spam, just what’s relevant to your clinic operations.
