The Network feature in Serenity Vet helps veterinarians strengthen relationships with trusted clinics, providing faster access to shifts, automated payments, and greater control over your work.
Clinics can invite you to join their private relief network, and you can now invite clinics to connect with you directly from your Network page. Once connected, clinics do not pay service fees when booking shifts with you as an active network veterinarian. This encourages repeat bookings and steady work, while you pay no fees — helping you build a more stable income and stronger professional partnerships.

How to invite clinics to your network?
Follow these steps to invite clinics directly from your Serenity Vet account:
Step 1: Open the invite option
Step 2: Send the invitation
The Build Your Network pop-up will appear.
Enter the clinic’s email address and click Send Invites.
The invitation contains a default message stating that you’re using Serenity Vet for scheduling and payments, and that you invite the clinic to join your network.
The clinic will receive an email inviting them to join your network.
On your Network page, the clinic will appear under the Invites tab with the Pending status. Once the clinic accepts your invitation, the Active status will be displayed.
If needed, you can resend the invitation directly from this tab.
Important:
A clinic only becomes part of your network after they accept your invitation.
Clinics are never added automatically without their confirmation.
How to accept or decline a network invitation from a clinic?
When a clinic invites you to join their network, you can respond in two ways:
From the invitation email – Click the Accept Invitation button in the Network Invitation email. If you’re not logged in, you can Sign In & Join to accept the invitation and access the platform. If you are already logged in, clicking the Accept Invitation button in the email will automatically accept the invitation once you navigate to the platform.
From the Network page – If you are already logged in, navigate to your Network page. All pending invitations can be found in the Requests section. Each invitation card displays the clinic’s information and includes Accept and Decline options. Click the button that corresponds to your response.
A notification marker appears on the Network sidebar menu icon whenever there are pending clinic invitations, ensuring you never miss one.
Only veterinarians who accept an invitation become part of a clinic’s network. Declining an invitation prevents any association, and no veterinarian is ever added automatically without consent.
How to manage my network?
Your Network page is where you can view and manage all your clinic connections. Access it from the Network button in the sidebar menu.
Sections on the Network page
Requests – Shows all pending network invitations from clinics.
Clinics – Lists all clinics in your network, including active, invited, and removed clinics.
Actions you can take
Pending invitations: Click Accept or Decline.
Remove a clinic: Deletes the connection from your network.
Resend the invitation: Resends the invitation to the invited clinic with the Pending status.
Only clinics that you accept or that accept your invitations will appear on your clinics list and trigger 0% service fees for completed shifts with you.
Why does keeping my availability updated matter?
If your availability is not set, your schedule won’t appear on the clinic’s calendar, and they won’t be able to send you direct shift requests. By keeping your availability up to date, you unlock personal invitations from clinics in your network. Only networked clinics can see your availability.
When your availability is visible:
Clinics can see your availability to work.
You can receive direct shift requests that match your schedule.
You also get priority invitations for shifts before they are announced publicly.
We recommend setting your availability several months in advance so clinics can plan and invite you early.
How do I access and complete shifts once part of a clinic’s network?
Once you are part of a clinic’s network:
Make sure your availability is provided and up to date so clinics can see your schedule and send you direct shift requests. For instructions, see How do I set up my availability schedule?
View and respond to shifts from your in-network clinics in the Shift Requests section on your Dashboard.
Complete and finalize your shift so you can request overtime pay, if needed. For detailed instructions, see How to finalize your shift.
After the clinic finalizes the shift on their end, payments are processed automatically, so you don’t need to handle invoices manually.
