The Network feature in Serenity Vet helps veterinarians strengthen relationships with trusted clinics, giving you faster access to shifts, automated payments, and more control over your work.
Clinics can invite you to join their private relief networks, which means clinics pay no service fees when booking shifts with you if you are an active network vet. This encourages repeat bookings and steady work, while you never pay any fees yourself — for more predictable income and stronger partnerships.

You can encourage the clinics you already work with to join the platform, helping them save money while strengthening your partnership. To get started, accept your first clinic invitation, explore your Network page, and enjoy faster bookings, automated payments, and steady income with clinics that know and trust your skills.
How to accept or decline a clinic network invitation?
When a clinic invites you to join their network, you can respond in two ways:
From the invitation email – Click the Accept Invitation button in the Network Invitation email. If you’re not logged in, you can Sign In & Join to accept the invitation and access the platform. If you are already logged in, clicking the Accept Invitation button in the email will automatically accept the invitation once you navigate to the platform.
From the Network page – If you are already logged in, navigate to your Network page. All pending invitations appear under the Invites section. Each invitation card shows the clinic’s details and has Accept and Decline buttons. Click the appropriate button to respond.
A notification marker appears on the Network sidebar menu icon whenever there are pending clinic invitations, ensuring you never miss one.
Only veterinarians who accept an invitation become part of a clinic’s network. Declining an invitation prevents any association, and no veterinarian is ever added automatically without consent.
How to manage my network?
Your Network page is where you can view and manage all your clinic connections. Access it from the Network button in the sidebar menu.
Sections on the Network page
Invites – Shows all pending invitations.
Clinics – Lists all clinics where you are part of the network.

Clinic name
Clinic email
Date you accepted the invitation
Actions you can take
Pending invitations: Click Accept or Decline
Remove a clinic: Deletes the connection from your network
Only clinics you accept will appear on the clinics list and trigger 0% service fees for completed shifts with you.
How do I access and complete shifts once part of a clinic’s network?
Once you are part of a clinic’s network:
View and apply to shifts from your in-network clinics on the Shift Booking page
Complete and finalize your shift so you can request any overtime pay, if necessary. For detailed instructions, see How to finalize your shift.
After the clinic finalizes the shift on their end, payments are automatic and fast, so you don’t need to handle manual invoices
