How do I upload my CV and share it with clinics?

Uploading your CV on Serenity Vet helps clinics quickly review your experience when you apply for shifts — without you needing to attach it every time.

Once uploaded, your CV is automatically included in all your shift applications, making the process faster and more seamless.

How to upload your CV

You can upload your CV directly from your profile:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Open the Experience section

  3. Click to upload your CV (you can browse files or drag and drop)

Once uploaded, you’ll see:

  • The upload date

  • An option to review it

What happens after you upload your CV

  • Your CV is automatically attached to every shift application you send

  • You don’t need to upload it again for each application

  • The application process stays exactly the same — no extra steps

Already applied to shifts?

  • If you upload your CV after submitting applications, it will be automatically added to pending and approved shift applications

  • If you update or delete your CV, the changes are automatically reflected on all shift applications

If you don’t upload a CV, your applications will still be sent, just without a CV attached.

Who can see your CV

Your CV is only visible to clinics when you apply for their shifts.

  • Clinics can view your CV from your shift application only

  • Your CV is not publicly visible and is not shared outside of your applications

  • Other clinics cannot access your CV unless you apply to their shift

How to remove or update your CV

You can manage your CV at any time:

  • Go to Settings → Experience

  • Click Delete to remove your current CV

  • Upload a new file if you want to replace it

Once deleted, future applications will be sent without a CV until you upload a new one.
