If you've had the app for a while and your data seems to be missing follow these steps to attempt to see them again. The issue is typically one of the following issues when this happens.

Note: Your account identifies you and is how the app loads your data. If you create a new account, your existing data will not load.

  1. You may have mistakenly signed up for another account. Verify your email and account creation date on the bottom of the Account page from the more tab. If your account was created today or a few days ago you've created a new account. If you have another favorite email address try logging in with it. If you can't figure it out please contact me in the Chat with Support page.

  2. You might have clicked Sign in with Apple or Facebook instead of logging in. This also creates a new account if your Apple or Facebook email is different than the email you signed up with. Verify your email and account creation date on bottom of the Account page from the more tab. If your account was created today or a few days ago you've created a new account. If you have another favorite email address try logging in with it. If you can't figure it out please contact me in the Chat with Support page.

  3. The internet connection between you and our servers is not working. Please check your internet connection and close the app and reopen it.
