All of the Totals are displayed on the Totals tab.

Navigation

To see your average numbers tap the Totals tab on the bottom of the app.

Then tap Averages on the top row.

Average Fields

Above each chart are the average numbers for the entire period you've selected. Scroll to the left to see the additional totals that could not be displayed. You can tap each of these fields. Once tapped the field will highlight in blue and it's corresponding numbers will be displayed in the chart below.

The top large number (A) is the total for the period shown on top. The small number below (B) it is the difference from the comparison period. The number is parentheses (C) is the percentage difference between the current period and comparison period. When the numbers are black (or white when highlighted) the current period is higher than the comparison period and red with a negative sign the current period is lower than the comparison period.

Depending on what fields you track more charts will display on this page.

Charts displayed:

  1. Average Earnings: Fields Shown: Take Home, Hours, Hourly, Cash, Credit, Total Tips, Tip Out, Total Tips - Tip Out, Tip In, Total Tips + Tip In, Total Tips + Tip In - Tip Out, Wages, Mileage Earnings, Delivery Earnings, Paychecks.

  2. Average Tip Performance: Fields Shown: Total Tips, Sales, Tip %, Tip % - Tip Out, Tip % + Tip In, Tip % + Tip In - Tip Out

  3. Average Covers: Fields Shown: Covers, Tips per Cover, Sales per Cover

  4. Average Mileage: Fields Shown: Miles, Mileage Earnings, Tips per mile, Sales per mile

  5. Average Deliveries: Fields Shown: Deliveries, Delivery Earnings, Tips per Delivery, Sales per Delivery

  6. Average Expenses: Expenses you've setup.

Charts

In each chart you'll have the days of week displayed along the bottom. The levels on each day represent that day of weeks average for the time period you've chose. The dark blue is the current period shown on the top of the page.

With the premium option you can choose a compare period, by default it is turned on. You can turn this off by tapping the Previous Period option above the chart. The compare period is displayed in a dotted line.

Tapping on a point in the graph will display the too tip in black shown above. It shows you the current and previous period numbers represented with their colors. It'll also show a percentage at the bottom that is the difference between the 2 periods. A positive number represents an increase in the current period over the previous period. A negative number represents a reduction in the current period over the previous period.

Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Averages

You'll notice 3 option buttons named Daily, Weekly and Monthly below the timeframe selectors. These control the Average numbers along the top of each charts.

Daily

Daily is selected by default and is always available. This option calculates the daily average by dividing the Total for the field by the number of days in the timeframe you've selected.

Weekly

The Weekly option is available if you've selected the month option in the timeframe. This option calculates the weekly average by dividing the Total for the field by the number of weeks in the timeframe you've selected.

Monthly

The Monthly option is available if you've selected the year option in the timeframe. This option calculates the monthly average by dividing the Total for the field by the number of months in the timeframe you've selected.
