If the app is freezing please do these things to fix the issue.
Restart the app. This requires you to fully close the app not just minimizing and reopening the app. This fixes most issues.
If that doesn't fix the issue, try restarting your phone.
If that doesn't fix the issue tap the More tab on the bottom right then select Account. At the very bottom will display how you logged in email, Facebook or Apple and write down how you logged in. Then uninstall the app and reinstall it. Remember your data is stored on our servers not your phone, so uninstalling does not erase your data. The only way to access your data is to login to the same account as before.
If you have an Android phone this typically fixes any remaining issue.
Open the Settings app then > Apps & notifications > Android System WebView > Storage > Clear data and storage.
