Learn how to add a new Sales Person/Representative

Allocating customers to Sales Reps allows you to manage your Sales Pipeline, it is also useful when used as part of reporting.


Getting There

You can add and amend your Sales Reps from a Site record.

  • You can access Customer & Site Records via the Records menu.

  • Click on the Ellipses (...) next to Sales Rep.

  • Click the + Add button.

  • Click Save.


Adding Contact Numbers for Sales Reps.

  • You can add a contact number with the + Add Contact Numbers button.

  • Click on Type ellipse (..) choose from Mobile or Office or click +Add another number option.

When you add a contact number, you can choose which one is the Main Contact number.

If you have a defined sales area and standard industry classifications, you can select the relevant options using the tick boxes.

  • You can generate new options for the Standard Industry Classifications section by clicking the ellipsis and using the +Add button.

  • You can also generate new area options from the Sales Area field by clicking the ellipsis and clicking the + Add button.

  • Finally, you can edit a Sales Rep with the edit icon via the Action Tray.

Congratulations! You have created and edited a Sales Rep.
