To re-activate a contract follow the below steps:

  • Have a look at the status of the contract and see if it could be Archived.

  • Select the tick box Show Inactive Contracts to view them.

  • Then, go to the Action tray and click Edit the contract.

  • Towards the bottom of thew window, change the contract to Terminated.

  • Now, select the date to Terminate From.

  • Add a Reason for Termination.

  • Select an option for invoicing.

You can select from:

  • Continue Invoicing

  • Invoice Until Cancellation Date

  • Stop Invoicing Now

  • You will now be able to use the re-issue contract option, which will let you re-activate it.

  • Use the Re-issue Contract button instead of clicking the contract number, then clicking edit once you’re in it.
