Yes.

  • You need to verify that data values for several fields are exactly same in Xero and Service Geeni.

  • For example the spelling of Branch, Customer and/or Supplier need to be exactly identical to avoid any duplicity. Otherwise it may lead to confusion.

    Consider a scenario where the customer name in Xero is β€œAllan Fairbrother & Co.” and the same customer exits in the name β€œAllan Fairbrother & Company” in Service Geeni.

  • As Service Geeni performs an automatic sync of Customers from Xero to Service Geeni and the customer profile is also imported they could become a duplicate or additional (if the names are not identical).
