Enhancements (1):

Previously, the Self-Service Reporting module displayed time fields in UTC by default. While users could adjust the time zone, this required changing it field by field and was extremely time-consuming.Now, the reporting module automatically displays all time fields in your local time zone, ensuring a seamless and effortless experience.

Fixes (10):

Customer Site Contact Telephone Number Field remains mandatory

A bug was identified where the telephone number field for customer site contacts was always mandatory, despite the configuration being set to make it optional. This issue persisted even after updating the configuration.
This issue has been resolved. This fix ensures that the telephone number field behaves according to the configured setting and is optional when set the configuration is disabled.

Duplicate Equipment Listings in Purchase Orders while adding equipments

Form Dropdown for Engineers Lacks View Option

The Form dropdown for engineers did not provide an option to view the Forms. This issue was observed when expanding the engineer view and attempting to access the Form dropdown from View Engineer โ†’ Form DropdownThis issue has been resolved. Now, when user opens the engineer edit screen, scroll to the forms section, and edit the form, the form screen will pop up as expected, allowing you to view the Forms.

Clarification of "Move to Site Automatically" Option

To address the issue where equipment is moved to a new site immediately upon adding it to a Hire contract using the "Move to site automatically" option, we have made a minor UI change. This change aims to clarify the current process and prevent confusion. The radio button for the "Move to site automatically" option has been renamed to "Move to site automatically (now)" to clearly indicate that the equipment will be moved to the new site immediately, rather than on the contract start date.

Duplicate Equipment Addition When Refreshing Job Selection

A bug was identified where refreshing the job selection in the web portal caused the equipment to be added twice. This issue has been resolved. The system now ensures that refreshing the job selection does not result in duplicate equipment entries. This fix prevents redundancy and ensures accurate job creation.

Sales Order and Invoice Mismatch

A bug was identified where there was a mismatch between the sales order and the invoice totals. This issue occurred when creating a stock record with two reorder points and then raising a sales order from the SKU. Upon completing the sales order and invoicing it, the total amounts did not match as expected. This issue has been resolved. The system now correctly calculates and matches the totals between the sales order and the invoice, ensuring accurate financial records.

Time Mismatch Between Job Screen and Revenue Cost Analysis

A bug was identified where the time recorded on the job screen did not match the time displayed in the Revenue Cost Analysis (RCA) report. The system now ensures that the engineer time recorded on the job screen matches the time displayed in the RCA report. This fix guarantees that the date and time information is consistent across all reports.

Email Notifications Not Sent for Form Updates

An issue was identified where customers did not receive email notifications when a form was updated or completed in a job, despite having the email notification toggle enabled. While notifications were successfully sent to the application, email notifications were not being delivered. This issue has been resolved. The system now correctly includes email recipients when saving notification settings in the Form -> Notification page. As a result, email notifications are sent as expected when a Form is updated or completed, ensuring that all recipients receive the necessary updates.

Zero Value Invoices in Rolling Contract Service

A bug was identified in the Rolling Contract Service where zero value invoices were generated in the invoice schedules. This issue occurred when changing the first invoice value after the period was over for the first invoice. The system now correctly selects the first invoice record , ensuring that the first invoice value is updated accurately without affecting subsequent invoices. This fix prevents the generation of zero value invoices in the schedules.

Users were unable to set any document types to email and select a contact until they pressed save in the site communication center. This issue has been resolved.
