Updates to SSR Invoice and SSR Job Datasets

The SSR Invoice dataset now includes two new fields, InvoiceFromDate and InvoiceToDate. These fields will contain values for service contract and hire contract invoices, while remaining empty for other types of invoices. Additionally, a fix has been implemented in the SSR Job dataset where the labour and travel revenue fields were previously not accounting for charges related to time bookings made by an engineer but later unissued from the job. This update ensures that such charges are now correctly included in the respective revenue fields, enhancing the accuracy of revenue tracking.

Fixes (8):

Stock Enquiry Filter Issue

The stock enquiry filter was not functioning correctly after performing a manual stock issue. This issue has been resolved, ensuring that the filter works correctly after a manual stock issue, improving the overall user experience and data filtering accuracy.

Service Reminders for Terminated Contracts

The issue where service reminder emails were still being sent for services on terminated contracts has been resolved. This fix ensures that service reminders are only sent for active contracts, preventing unnecessary and potentially confusing communications.

Duplicate Notifications for No Response To Service Due Reminder

The issue where notifications of type NoResponseToServiceDueReminder appeared three times in the notification center for all users has been resolved. Previously, only the third notification could be actioned to clear the alert

Tab Key Not Working After Entering Sequence Name in Service Sequence

An issue was found were the tab key stops working when creating a new service sequence on a service contract. Instead of moving to the next field, a loading popup appears and does nothing. The system now correctly allows the tab key to move focus between input fields, including after entering the "Sequence Name". The loading popup no longer appears, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow when creating or editing service sequences.

Engineer Removal Not Updating in Job Control List

A bug was identified where removing an engineer from a job did not update the Job Control List, resulting in a mismatch between the engineers allocated to the job and what is shown when the job is edited.
The system now ensures that when an engineer is removed from a job, the Job Control List is updated accordingly. This fix guarantees that the job details and the Job Control List are synchronized, providing accurate and consistent information.

Service Sequence Editing Issue

An issue where service sequences could not be edited on certain contracts has been resolved. Previously, attempting to edit the service sequences resulted in an error preventing any changes. This fix ensures that service sequences can now be edited without errors, improving the functionality and user experience.

Fixed Searchbox for Adding Misc Items to Jobs

The searchbox for adding miscellaneous items to a job has been fixed. Previously, the dropdown would not populate with partial item description matches, but only when full description was typed. This issue has been resolved, allowing users to select items from the dropdown even with partial descriptions, improving the efficiency and usability of the search function.

UI Overlap in Cost and Revenue Table

A UI fix has been applied to the cost and revenue tables for planned and actual values, which were previously overlapping on the equipment deal page. This update ensures that the tables are displayed correctly, enhancing readability and the overall user experience.
