Equipment Service Schedule enquiry
Using the Enquiry screen within the equipment page you are now able to view the service schedule for the current equipment.
Control new job alert
The new job alert feature can now be toggled on or off to suit your engineers' workflow preferences. If this feature disrupts productivity, please contact us to disable it on your Service Geeni system.
Simplification
Enhance your workflow with our latest mobile app update, featuring new configurations to customise your experience. Now, tailor your Job Card with fields such as Equipment ID, Target Date, and Location. Easily navigate with the Call Customer and Travelling to Job buttons. In your Diary, add Location details, Job Details, view Customer Name and Equipment Condition Rating. These enhancements allow for a more personalised and efficient user experience.
Equipment Rating
Engineers are now able to record an Equipment Condition Rating whilst completing their tasks. This new capability updates the equipment record seamlessly, ensuring more accurate and up-to-date information on equipment status.
FGas charge calculation improvements
FGas forms now feature auto-calculation for Design and Actual charges, streamlining your workflow by reducing manual input and potential errors.
Enquiry History
Users can now seamlessly navigate through their previous enquiries on the Enquiry screen, allowing for easy modifications without the need to restart.
Site Name visible
The Job list screen now displays the Site name, enhancing clarity and user navigation based on valuable feedback.
Photo Upload
The Camera button now asks your phone for images that meet our file size requirements, enabling seamless attachment of photos to work notes.
Fixes (7):
Deleting tasks
In a limited case related to Awaiting Signature, tasks were being removed from jobs during the complete process, this has now been corrected
Site on New Jobs
The equipment search has been refined to only display equipment associated with the selected site when raising a new job. This ensures the correct site address is automatically shown in the new job, enhancing accuracy and efficiency.
Complete button locked after entering work done
An issue causing the complete button to become unresponsive when entering multiple work done notes has been resolved.
Email address validation
Following customer feedback, the option to enable/disable validation of the email address during job completion has now been brought back.
Error booking Labour
An error has been fixed that previously prevented the addition of labour to certain jobs in manual time tracking mode.
Duplicate save buttons on forms
Resolved an issue where the save button was displayed twice when forms were added to jobs.
Back Button
An issue preventing the back button from returning users to the job list after opening multiple jobs has been resolved, ensuring smoother navigation.
