Can you add multiple Work Done Notes?
Yes, you can!
You can add additional notes and also select from Predefined Notes.
Predefined Notes are also available to the Engineer.
On the Work Done Note tab go to the Action Tray and click the edit icon.
Here you can add additional predefined notes by clicking the Add New Notes button.
Adding Child Notes
You can also add child notes to the parent work done note.
Click on the + button on the Action tray (highlighted below) you wish to add the child note to.
Add Child Note.
Save.
Now when you click on the Work Done Note - it will expand to display any child notes.
Click on the note required to add to the Task and Job.
