Clearing the cache on an Android device (or any device) can help improve performance, free up storage, resolve app issues, and address some system glitches.
In this case, we want to clear the Engineer's Mobile Clear Cache.
You can clear the cache by going to Apps under Settings on your device (not in the Service Geeni App).
At the bottom click on Clear Cache.
Remove and Reinstall the Mobile App
Occasionally if there is an issue that cannot be mixed by clearing the cache and/or data, you may need to remove the app and reinstall.
Follow these steps:
Firstly, remove the app.
Then, hard reboot the device. Hold the power button until the device closes down completely.
Wait 30 seconds then, restart the device.
Reinstall the app.
Login back in as usual.
You have successfully refreshed your Mobile App.
