Improvements to Engineer Searching in Job Control
Engineer searches were being retained but not showing in the user interface, which caused job control to look like no jobs were matching
Correction to support Adding On Demand Parts
A UI issue caused the on demand tick box to be missing from the create stock record screen
Estimated Hours Not Transferring from Quote to Job
Estimated hours entered on a quote were not being transferred to the raised job. When a job quotation was created with travel hours and the job was raised, the estimated hour value was not appearing in the job screen.
The issue was resolved by ensuring that the estimated hours entered on the quote are correctly transferred and displayed in the job screen upon raising the job
Correction to Sales Order Credits to include Carriage
Carriage lines were being missed from Sales Order Credit notes, this has now been corrected
Error When Creating Miscellaneous Item with Filter Applied
An error occurred when creating a new miscellaneous item while a filter was applied on the Miscellaneous Items Enquiry page. This prevented the successful creation of the item.
The issue was resolved by ensuring that the creation of new miscellaneous items functions correctly even when filters are applied on the enquiry page.
Correction to Custom field handling on Purchase Orders
Purchase Order did not display a total amount despite all lines having a cost due to an issue with custom fields. Additionally, attempting to edit line 1 on the PO resulted in errors.
The issue was resolved by ensuring that the total amount for the PO is correctly calculated and displayed.
Update to tab handling on job enquiry
An issue caused some data to be unloaded when using job enquiry which led to problems with multiple tabs
Improvement to Validation on dispatching stock
An item booked to a job became stuck in the dispatched status due to missing dispatch details such as address and package type. The associated stock transfer was also missing a destination location and was stuck awaiting approval. Users were able to see the delete icon for part requests even if the partial quantity was picked, which should not be allowed.
The issue was resolved by ensuring that all necessary dispatch details are provided before marking an item as dispatched. The stock transfer process was corrected to include the destination location and proceed past the approval stage. The system now prevents users from deleting partially picked part requests by hiding the delete icon when partial quantities are picked
