The Impaired Driver Accountability Program (IDAP) is an opportunity to remove driving violations from your record by demonstrating your ability and willingness to separate drinking from driving. With the use of an ignition interlock devices to aid in determining when it is safe for you to drive, the state will support you in your effort to regain full driving privileges.

For DUI arrests taking place before November 1, 2022, come see us in person. Find a Service Oklahoma location near you by visiting our Locations page.

IDAP will be administered by the Board of Tests (BOT) if your DUI arrest was made on or after November 1, 2022. Click here to learn about IDAP through BOT.
