Bring in your proof of US Citizenship, 2 proofs of Oklahoma residency, DOT Medical Card if you have one and are required to maintain it on file, and your driver license.

You can renew your CDL by going to our online CDL Renewal or Replacement portal.

You can also renew at any of our Service Oklahoma locations and at most Licensed Operators.
