How can I make changes to the information on my Driver’s License card?

You can change your address online by requesting a duplicate at Service Oklahoma.

You cannot make name changes online. For name changes, or any additional changes, you can visit a licensed operator or SOK location to request a duplicate and have a new credential mailed to you.

It will cost $25 to request a duplicate.
