Errors made by SOK will be corrected and paid for by SOK. You must visit a SOK location in-person and bring in an official document as proof to make a correction to your DL/ID. For example, if there is an error regarding your name, you will need to provide an official document that has the correct name. A list of official documents can be found here.
If the error was made by a licensed operator, please request a correction from the issuing agency.
