Please allow up to 30 days from the time of approval of your order to receive your credential.

NOTE: If you have recently moved locations or have changed your inbound mailing address to a PO Box, please contact your local United States Postal Service.

If you have not received your credential within 30 days, please reach out by calling us at (405) 522-7000 or toll free at (833) 306-0128 and have the following information readily available:

  • First and Last name

  • Date of Birth of the applicant

  • License/ID number

  • For online applications, Submit ID
