If you fail the driving test, you will have to wait at least 1 day, or as instructed by the examiner, before retesting.

Should you fail the driving test a third time, you are required to acquire a learner’s permit (if you do not already have one).

After the third failed test, the applicant will wait thirty (30) days before qualifying to be given another road test.

The fourth and subsequent examinations shall be given not more than one (1) time every thirty (30) days.
