These certified documents will need to be brought into a Service Oklahoma facility:
US Citizenship
2 proofs of Oklahoma residency
DOT Medical Card (for interstate driving)
An Examiner will review your documents and start your application for CDL testing. If you qualify, the Examiner will set you up for the proper written tests.
Upon passing of all written tests, you will be given a CDL Permit which will be good for 180 days. You must hold your CLP for a minimum of 14 days before you are eligible to take your driving skills test. Once your 14 days are up, you can come in and take your skills test. Upon passing your skills test, your CDL will be issued to you.
