Bring in your proof of US Citizenship, 2 proofs of Oklahoma residency, DOT Medical Card if you have one and are required to maintain it on file, and your driver license into any SOK testing facility so an examiner can view your documents and issue you the proper paperwork to take to the tag agent so they can print the renewed license.
