For Driver License transfers, we ask that you bring the following in-person to a Service Oklahoma location:
Primary ID such as a valid unexpired Passport and I-94, DS-2019, or I-20, etc.
Proof of Oklahoma Residency
Out of State License
Social Security (you are only required to provide the number)
Name Change Documents (if applicable)
