Customers will need to contact the state they were born in and find out the process to obtain a delayed birth certificate, as each state has their own requirements.
​
They will need to submit supporting docs, such as a baptismal record, family bible entry, sibling statements, child's birth certificate, etc.
​
Once the docs are approved the state will issue a delayed birth certificate.
