The Sweet 16 Guarantee is a program that ensures teens that are turning 16 will get a Drive Test on their 16th birthday, or date of eligibility.
Who qualifies for the program?
At the time of the Drive Test:
You are 16 on the date of your birthday appointment
You may not be older than 16 years old
Must have held a Learner Permit for at least 180 days
Must have no citations for at least 180 days
