What are the approved primary identity documents?

Valid, unexpired Oklahoma Driver License or State ID Card (not applicable to original REAL ID or original CDL issuance)
A Birth Certificate issued by the state in which you were born
Consular Report of Birth Abroad issued by the U.S. Department of State (Form FS-240, DS-1350 or FS-545)
Valid, unexpired U.S. Passport or Passport card
Valid, unexpired Permanent Resident Card issued by DHS or USCIS (Form I-551)
Naturalization/Citizenship Certificate issued by DHS (Form N-550, Form N-570, N-560, or N-56); Approval Certificates will not be accepted
Valid, unexpired employment authorization document (EAD) issued by DHS (Form I-766 or Form I-688B)
Valid, unexpired foreign passport with a valid U.S. visa and valid I-94 issued by DHS. Other USCIS documents may be required depending on your status (DS-2019, I-20, etc.)

At this time, Military and Tribal IDs are not considered approved primary documents.
