Here's a quick summary of the latest updates and enhancements we've delivered in 2.3.0. We also squashed some bugs and continue to improve the overall performance of ServicePower HUB.
Updating Coverage Network, ZIP Failed When Using Firefox (Fixed)
We've resolved an issue within HUB that was preventing users from adding or removing zip codes under Coverage Settings→(Choose a Network)→Zip Codes when using the Firefox browser.

Customer List Filter Fixed (Fixed)
We fixed an issue where filtering the list was returning an unfiltered result set on the Customer→Customers clicking on the filter icon at the top of a column.

Declined Credit Card Payments for COD Calls Now Provide a Reason (Enhanced)
We've enhanced the payment processing functionality within HUB for COD work orders. If a payment has been declined, the reason is now displayed within the declined transaction line item. This change will take effect for declined transactions starting Friday, February 14th onward.

Work Order Advanced Search Now Supports First and Last Name Searches (Enhanced)
HUB now provides a way to search by a combination of the consumer's first and last name within the Advanced Search.

Service Completion Date Now Available on Both Invoice and Estimates (Enhanced)
The service completion date has been added to both the service invoice and estimates.

User-Friendly Message Returned If User Has Been Locked Out Of ServicePower HUB (Enhanced)
If a user has been locked out of HUB due to repeated failed login attempts, we now provide a much friendlier message specifying that the user must obtain access via the Forgot Password functionality.
