Here's a quick summary of the latest updates we've delivered in 2.3.9
Profile Wizard (New)
When a new servicer is onboarded to the HUB they receive a “Welcome to HUB” email that provides credentials and a sign-in link. First sign in to HUB will now start the Profile Wizard, which will walk servicers through all the steps required to set up their company in HUB so that they can begin receiving work orders. At any time the servicer admin can access the Profile Wizard in their profile settings menu.
Increased the security timeout (Improved)
We increased the security timeout due to inactivity from 30 minutes to 4 hours, thus reducing the number of times users need to sign back in during the workday.
Enhanced the Work Order Search (Improved)
We enhanced the work order search to allow users to be able to search by full customer name; for example, “John Smith”, not just “Smith”
Fixed an issue in the claims integration (Fixed)
We fixed an issue in the Claims integration that was preventing localized language data from displaying in some scenarios.
Fixed an issue with the invoice transaction fee (Fixed)
We fixed an issue that prevented the invoice transaction fee from displaying in some scenarios.
