Changes to Area Coverage. Improved help text to clarify how changes in coverage work and when they take effect.

Running Notes Capacity and Status
Capacity - Increase number of characters available for a single note by 25 percent
Status - Display a count down of characters available so it’s clear when the user will run out of note capacity
Bug Fixes
Reschedule Time Bands. A fix for a bug where some servicers experienced missing time bands when rescheduling a work order
Servicer Type Change. A fix for scenarios where servicers who had no capacity could change to Type 1. Now servicers will be alerted to address capacity issues before attempting a Type 1 change.
