Upcoming New Features
QuickBooks Online (QBO) Integration - Alpha release functionality for internal testing and validation. Alpha functionality includes QBO account authentication, data mapping and import, and manual or automatic work order data synchronization. Upon completion of alpha testing, QBO Integration will be beta tested with selected servicers in an upcoming HUB release.

Diagnostic Tool - Significant updates to better enable users to quickly make changes based on Diagnostic Tool results.
Area Bulk Upload Template - Updated the upload template’s instructional to clarify intended template usage.
Completed Work Order Sub Status - Added capability to specify a sub status for completed work orders.

We fixed a bug where--in a specific scenario--work order statuses changed after the call was completed.
