New Features In Progress (Not Yet Available)
QuickBooks Online Integration - Phase 1 beta release functionality for internal testing and validation. Beta functionality includes QBO beta administration, setup wizard, support for trial/sandbox vs. production company files, and accountant review of HUB-QBO mapping. QBO integration will be beta tested with selected servicers in a future HUB release.
Chat - Added administrative capability to beta test Chat at the servicer level, as well as other minor functional enhancements around conversation history and conversation security.
Enhancements to Existing Features
Roles and Permissions. An all-new Roles and Permissions Settings page describes capabilities by role.
Entire Country Area Setting - Updated to show the entire country coverage setting by network, as well as add audit logging of changes. Also, when “cover entire country” coverage changes, this change can be distinguished from zip code changes within a country. This will enable network-level approval of “cover entire country changes” but not require approval of routine zip code changes.
Bug Fixes
We fixed a bug where sometimes selecting a child product (e.g., Audio Components) as supported did not turn on the higher level parent product (e.g., Consumer Electronics), which was causing coverage accuracy issues.
We fixed a timing issue bug where work orders that were moved from Servicer A to Servicer B were still able to be updated by Servicer A in some scenarios.
We fixed a bug on the Profile Wizard’s Groups page that displayed an incorrect error message.
We fixed a bug on the Areas page related to plotting zip codes when there are more than 5000 zip codes in an area.
We fixed a bug where the uploaded Profile image of technician was not displaying in some scenarios.
