Summary
Version 2.4.3.1 is a minor release that ensures continued compliance with US and EU privacy regulations through the implementation of consent management for cookie data. In addition, this release delivers customer-requested enhancements and resolves several software bugs.
On first login, users will be prompted to select their cookie data settings. These settings can be changed at any time from the cookie preferences center. |

Enhancements
✓ Consent Management |
Applies to all users.
HUB now includes a consent management platform with a cookie banner. On first login, users are prompted to select their cookie data settings, ensuring HUB remains compliant with US and EU privacy, data collection, and data retention laws. Cookie settings apply to HUB as well as the third-party services that support it, and non-essential services now load only after the user grants consent.
This release also adds privacy controls to the application shell:
A Privacy Policy link and a Cookie Preferences link, accessible from every page.
A "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link, satisfying CCPA and US state privacy law requirements.
Automatic detection and honoring of browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals, so users who have opted out at the browser level are opted out automatically.
Users can review and change their cookie preferences at any time, and non-essential cookies are set only after consent is granted.
✓ Display Reimbursement Code in Work Order Details |
For selected customer networks only.
HUB now displays a Reimbursement Code in the Work Order Details view. The Reimbursement Code is read-only and is not shown in the Edit or Create Work Order views.
Servicers on eligible networks can now see the Reimbursement Code directly in the work order.
Bug Fixes
✓ Restricted File Upload |
Files are now validated more strictly prior to upload.
Enhanced file validation now inspects file type, size, and content before a file is accepted for upload, blocking potentially malicious files and strengthening platform security.
✓ Work Order History |
Work Order History no longer re-opens on subsequent work orders, resolving the associated performance issues.
Once Work Order History had been opened, the history window re-opened for every subsequent work order viewed from search results. This led to intermittent performance issues (for example, "This page is not responding") for some users.
✓ Bulk Upload: Zip Codes |
A new error message clearly communicates the issue and its location, so users can correct the data file and resubmit.
An unexplained error prevented successful bulk upload processing. Empty columns could cause the upload processing API to fail without explanation.
✓ Business Profile Avatar |
The Edit and Delete buttons have been removed to avoid confusion, and the avatar now displays correctly (if set in the source product)
The Business Profile avatar controls suggested the image could be edited or deleted by an admin user. The avatar is sourced from another ServicePower system and cannot be edited or deleted in HUB.
✓ Camera Image Capture (iOS only) |
The camera-based image capture now works as designed in Work Order / Media card
There was a bug in the camera-based image capture for work orders in iOS. This bug has been corrected.
Compatibility
Compatibility: Fully backward compatible. Changes to API integrations and configuration to support integrated third-party tools (CookieBot Premium, Mixpanel). No user action required beyond setting cookie preferences at first login. |
