Enhancements
✓ Claims / Parts Return |
For selected customer networks only.
HUB now includes a new Parts Return option in the HUB Claims menu for selected customer networks. When a technician replaces a part under warranty, the manufacturer often requires the old/defective part to be returned for inspection, failure analysis, or warranty reconciliation. Parts Return gives the servicers a way to track and manage those returns — which parts are owed back, return authorization, shipping/status, and closing the loop so claims can be settled.
Bug Fixes
✓ Invalid business name error with certain characters or numbers |
HUB's Business Profile now accepts business names containing commas and numbers.
Previously, names that were valid at manufacturer setup in Claimworks (e.g., "2112 ELECTRONICS, INC.") were rejected on edit in HUB, which blocked servicers from updating any part of their business profile — including their address.
✓ First-time scheduling incorrectly requires a reschedule reason |
For Type 2 servicers, HUB no longer forces a "Reschedule Reason" when booking an appointment for the first time.
When appointment dates are empty (initial scheduling), the Reschedule Reason field is now optional and no longer blocks booking.
A related bug, where work orders transmitted from networks to HUB are entering in a Rescheduled status before the servicer sets an initial appointment, and closed/claimed work orders are being flipped to "Accepted and Rescheduled" when reschedule events arrive after closure, was also fixed.
✓ Unable to upload pictures |
Fixed a photo-upload defect where exceeding the per-upload file limit locked the work order into a persistent "Too many files uploaded in a single request" error state — blocking even single-file uploads until the user exited and reopened the work order.
As part of the fix, the upload limit raised from 10 to 20 files per upload (25MB total cap).
✓ Pass problem description when servicer files a claim |
When a servicer files a claim in HUB, the work order's Problem Description now correctly flows through to the claim form, populating the Customer Complaint field.
