ServiceHub allows you to archive obsolete users. Archived users will not appear on the User List page or in any user selection lists.
To archive a user,
- Tap on the USERS main menu option. 
- Tap on the User List sub-menu option. The User List page will be displayed. 
- Tap on the First Name of the user you wish to archive. The User Record page will be displayed. 
- Tap on the Archive toggle in the upper right portion of the User Record page. A confirmation dialog will be displayed. 
- Tap on the Yes button on the confirmation dialog to archive the user record. 
To recover an archived user record,
- Tap on the USERS main menu option. 
- Tap on the User List sub-menu option. The User List page will be displayed. 
- Enable the Include Archived Records checkbox at the bottom of the page. 
- Tap on the First Name of the user you wish to recover. The User Record page will be displayed. 
- Tap on the UnArchive toggle in the upper right portion of the User Record page. A confirmation dialog will be displayed. 
- Tap on the Yes button on the confirmation dialog to recover the user record. 
Note: You cannot archive a record that is associated with open work orders
