Archiving/Unarchiving User Records

ServiceHub allows you to archive obsolete users. Archived users will not appear on the User List page or in any user selection lists.

To archive a user,

  1. Tap on the USERS main menu option.

  2. Tap on the User List sub-menu option. The User List page will be displayed.

  3. Tap on the First Name of the user you wish to archive. The User Record page will be displayed.

  4. Tap on the Archive toggle in the upper right portion of the User Record page. A confirmation dialog will be displayed.

  5. Tap on the Yes button on the confirmation dialog to archive the user record.

To recover an archived user record,

  1. Tap on the USERS main menu option.

  2. Tap on the User List sub-menu option. The User List page will be displayed.

  3. Enable the Include Archived Records checkbox at the bottom of the page.

  4. Tap on the First Name of the user you wish to recover. The User Record page will be displayed.

  5. Tap on the UnArchive toggle in the upper right portion of the User Record page. A confirmation dialog will be displayed.

  6. Tap on the Yes button on the confirmation dialog to recover the user record.

Note: You cannot archive a record that is associated with open work orders
