ServicePower HUB allows users to create and manage Cash on Demand (COD) work orders. To create a new work order, hover over Orders at the top of the page. Then select Work Orders > New Work Order.
The first step is to capture the work order details, including customer details, service address, work order, and product details. Additionally, you can add line items to the work order. Once all the details have be entered, click Search for Appointments at the bottom of the page to assign a technician and schedule the work order.
Next, select the date and time of the work order. ServicePowerHUB will display a weekly view of all available slots.
Input a date in the Edit Start Date field to display that week's slot options. Select the desired date and time band, then click on the Book Appointment button at the bottom of the page to confirm the work order details.
Lastly, confirm all information related to the work order is accurate. To make any changes, click Edit in the field you want to change and resave. Once all of the work order details have been confirmed, click Done to confirm the booking.
Once the work order has been booked, you will navigate to the Work Order List page to access/search for any work orders in your database. To open a work order, click on the Work Order #.
