To accept/reject a pending warranty job open the job from the work order list.

Depending on the network who dispatched the job some info may or may not be redacted but will become available upon accepting the work order. To accept the work order check the box to confirm you have read the terms and conditions then click Accept Work Order.

Upon accepting the work order any redacted information will become available and the work order is now open for updates.
