ServicePower HUB Overview:

ServicePower HUB manages day-to-day field service operations and is built specifically to help service companies optimize the delivery of valued services, eliminate paper work, and spend less time on non-revenue-generating tasks. It’s time to enable your service business with better tools – and achieve better results in the field and the back office.

Accessing HUB:

  1. To start, click here to access the login page.

  2. Click inside the empty text field labeled 'e-mail' and enter a username or email.

  3. Click inside the empty text field labeled 'Password' and enter the user account password

  4. Should a password reset be required, click on the forgot password link below the 'Show' button.

  5. Click 'I'm not a robot' and follow the instructions given by the CAPTCHA.

    (NOTE: The captcha challenge must be completed successfully to log in to HUB.)

  6. Once all user information has been entered, and the CAPTCHA has been completed, click the 'Sign-in' button to log in.

    NOTE: Checking the 'Remember Me' box will cache user credentials with the current computer and the current browser accessing HUB. Logging in from a new computer or a different browser will require the e-mail and password to be entered once again.
