Overview:
Panel 2 - Order Search Order search can recall active and completed work orders. The search fields allow for work orders to be searched for by area, network, as well start and end assigned date. It is not required for all fields to be filled out for the search to work. Leaving a field blank will cast a wider search, with the final results listing more work orders.
Locating Order Search: Navigate to Order search by clicking Dashboard on the main menu. From Dashboard, Order Search can be seen inside panel two next to the Profile and Work Order aging Panel. |

How To Use Order Search
Begin by choosing which fields the search should be conducted with, then input the search terms. (Note: It is not required to fill in all fields.)
Search Terms Field: Click inside the text box and type the team to search work orders by (E.g., Zip code, City etc.)
Network: Click the drop-down arrow and select from one of the menu options. (This field can not be manually entered)
Start and End dates: there are two ways to input the date.
Manually: Click inside the text box next to either/both start and end date. Type the required date. (Date format: mm/dd/yyyy)
Calendar Selection: Click on the small calendar icon to launch a calendar view. Use the arrows to move the calendar forwards and backward in time. When the desired month and year are reached, click on the day to search from.
Once the parameter of the search has been defined, click the blue search button to be directed to the search results.
Search Results:After pressing the search button in the Order Search panel, the site will display the results on the Work Order List page, providing a summary of each order it finds. This same page can be accessed by hovering over the Orders option and selecting Work Orders from the main menu. Accessing the work order list page from the main menu will display all existing work orders in a summary report. Running a search from the dashboard applies a filtered view to the work order page and will only display orders matching the search parameters. |
*NOTE : There is a default date range for the last 30 days. Simply adjust the date range to see records beyond 30 days.
