Locating Work Orders Page:

Work Orders can be located as the second option in the main menu. It is listed as 'Orders' and contains two additional sub-options. Hovering the mouse over Orders to expand the sub-option 'Work Orders'. Click on 'Work Orders' to be directed to the work order list page.



Hovering the mouse over the 'Work Orders' option will expand the second sub-option, 'New Work Orders.' Click this option to open the 'New Work Order' page.

Work Order List Page:

Work Order and Order Search:


The work order list page is where the results will display if a search is run from the Order Search panel from Dashboard. (See Work Order- Order Search page for more information.)


Reading the Work Order List:


The work order list provides quick details about individual orders and organizing them. Each chart row represents a single work order, with the columns reflecting data from the orders data fields.


Blue Interactive Columns:


There are 3 columns in the work order list report with blue clickable data points, Work Order #, Status, and Technician. The blue denotes the data point is interactive.

Clicking on a data point in the Work Order, or Technician columns will open a page corresponding to the data point clicked (I.e.: Clicking on an order number from the 'Work Order #' column will open the details page of that work order.

Clicking a status from the 'Status' column will allow the work order status to be changed from the summary page.
